WWE has a tendency to bring back major stars at special events, and the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event may be no exception. According to an NWA Hall of Famer Bill Apter, Goldberg might be one of the names to be featured at the show.

Goldberg last appeared on WWE during a confrontation with Gunther, which led to fans speculating a match between the two. With Da Man making it clear that he will have his retirement match next year, it could easily be set up this year itself if he appears soon.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted, NWA Hall of Famer Bill Apter talked about certain such veterans who could show up at Saturday Night's Main Event. Apart from Goldberg, he also mentioned names like Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart. He said:

"I think Jimmy Hart's gonna be there, that's for sure. And I think they are gonna have a whole array of talent you know, sitting in the seats, rooting on... Hogan might be there actually. Goldberg might show up there, just audience people." [From 28:07 to 28:27]
