Goldberg vs. Gunther: Blockbuster WWE dream match worries veteran; explains one major reason why (Exclusive)

Gunther recently winning the WWE World Heavyweight Title has made many question what is next for him. According to some, a match with Goldberg might be on the cards, but it has veteran journalist Bill Apter worried.

Goldberg was recently namedropped by Gunther as well, which has fueled suspicions about the two stars squaring off in WWE sooner than later. According to Apter, the fight would certainly be entertaining to watch, depending on whether Goldberg can keep up in the ring.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted, Apter talked about how the WWE legend looked very fit in his videos in the gym. However, whether he was able to get back in the ring properly was another question.

"I hope Goldberg can look good with Gunther, if that's what's gonna happen. I know Gunther will do everything he can because Goldberg might look great in the gym right now, in practice. Several of the things can change in the ring. I wanna see him, you know, go out really well. But I don't think they would, I am not even gonna question that they are not gonna switch the title to Goldberg from Gunther." [14:45 onwards]
