Tensions arose again on the latest episode of WWE RAW between Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. The two stars have been teammates for a decade, but they seem to no longer be on the same page.
The former WWE Champion competed in a singles match against Pete Dunne after the two stars were involved in a backstage segment on the show. During the match, The Bruiserweight took down the veteran with a springboard forearm smash. Kofi Kingston hit a dropkick off the turnbuckles and took out Dunne at ringside with a summersault plancha.
Pete Dunne locked his opponent in a submission hold but was nailed with a Meteora. Kingston took him down with a few axehandles and hit a splash for a two-count. Dunne rocked Kofi with an enzuigiri and caught the latter with a forearm after he came off the top rope.
Kofi Kingston hit Pete Dunne with Trouble in Paradise, sending the heel to the floor. Xavier Woods attacked Dunne at ringside, leading to an argument between the two New Day members.
The Bruiserweight capitalized, nailing Kofi with The Bitter End and winning the match. Woods and Kingston argued again after the match and almost fought, teasing the duo's break up.
