Nick Aldis announces massive title match for WWE RAW next week

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis was on duty on WWE RAW to fill in for Adam Pearce. He made two massive title matches official, one of which is scheduled for RAW next week.

This was in the fallout of the two Intercontinental Championship pictures on RAW. AJ Styles found himself crossing paths with "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio and, as a result, got a chance to become a two-time Intercontinental Champion. Nick Aldis made his bout against Dominik Mysterio official for Night of Champions 2025.

Bayley had a confrontation with Becky Lynch, who slapped her. She then took out Big Time Becks. With their match already confirmed for next week in Columbus, Ohio, Nick Aldis ensured it would be an Intercontinental Title match.

After this announcement was made, Bayley kept walking and ran into her good friend Lyra Valkyria, with whom she was supposed to team up at WrestleMania. For some reason, Valkyria didn't look too happy about the entire thing.

However, she told The Role Model that if she got the Intercontinental Title, she would be next in line.

It looks like Bayley is looking to take a step closer to reaching the updated Grand Slam Champion status.
