A WWE star recently took to social media to point out that Shawn Michaels felt guilty for not recognizing some of the NXT women by their voices. They filmed a video to see if The Heartbreak Kid could identify who was speaking without seeing them.
There’s a popular trend on TikTok where employees say hi to their boss, and the boss has to guess who it is just by hearing their voice while facing the other way. Jordynne Grace seemingly pitched it to Shawn Michaels and her co-workers, which included Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, Zaria, Jaida Parker, Izzi Dame, Thea Hail, and Lash Legend.
Shawn Michaels failed to recognize the first two voices, which were Izzi Dame and Thea Hail, and it took a second try for him to recognize Zaria. Kelani was the first one he figured out in his first try. Jordynne Grace shared the clip on X and joked that Michaels felt guilty because he didn't do very well.
"He felt so guilty," wrote Grace.

Vince Russo called out Shawn Michaels for pampering NXT stars
It's no secret that HBK is responsible for the storylines and segments that take place on WWE NXT every week. He also helps develop wrestlers in the Performance Center.
Vince Russo called out the WWE Hall of Famer for being too lenient with NXT stars on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws.
"Bro, listen, you can see it a mile away with the hug and the hat with Shawn Michaels," Russo said. "Bro, they're being pampered. You can tell they're being pampered. Bro, if you're in a car with Jake Roberts or Arn Anderson, and you're asking them, 'How was my promo?' they're telling you how your promo was, bro. I guarantee you that does not go on at the [Performance] Center."
While Shawn runs things behind the scenes, Ava is presented on-screen as the NXT General Manager.
