"She will come home soon" - Lyra Valkyria makes a bold prediction after losing WWE Women's Intercontinental Title

Lyra Valkyria took to social media to reflect on her run as WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion. She also made a bold prediction about the title.

The 28-year-old star made history by becoming the first person to win the coveted championship. She defended it against several stars before dropping it to Becky Lynch at Money in the Bank. Valkyria raised The Man's hand after the match as per the stipulation. She then suplexed the latter after acting like she was going to put the belt on her.

Lyra Valkyria reflected on her run with the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship by posting a short clip of all her title defenses on Instagram. She included the dates she won and lost the title, and ended the post with a sentence in Irish, predicting that the IC Championship would be hers again soon.

"Inaugural Reign 13/1/25 - 7/6/25 Womens Intercontinental Championship - vs. Dakota Kai, vs. Dakota Kai, vs. Ivy Nile, vs. Raquel Rodriguez, vs. Bayley, vs. Becky Lynch, vs. Becky Lynch. Tiocfaidh sí abhaile go luath," Valkyria wrote. (Translates to 'She will come home soon.')

Vince Russo thinks Lyra Valkyria will turn heel

Becky Lynch called out Lyra during an in-ring segment on WWE RAW this week. She accused the latter of injuring her and wanted an apology. However, Bayley came out and attacked The Man. Valkyria was as surprised as everyone else.

Speaking on Legion of RAW on Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Vince Russo claimed that Lyra Valkyria will turn heel and attack Bayley.

"Bayley's gonna attack Becky, Lyra is gonna have a problem with it. Now, Lyra is gonna attack Bayley, so now we've got Lyra set as a heel. The people want to boo Lyra, they want her to be a heel, so now we're going to make her a heel. That's exactly what they're doing here," Russo said.

It'll be interesting to see what happens among the three stars on WWE RAW next week.
