Triple H makes it official: huge WrestleMania 42 announcement dropped during Money in the Bank

Triple H made a huge WrestleMania 42 announcement tonight. This was made during Money in the Bank.

WrestleMania is WWE's biggest Premium Live Event of the year. As a result, the sports entertainment juggernaut plans several aspects of the show months in advance, including the storylines, potential match cards, and even venues. Hence, the initial venue for WrestleMania 42 was announced earlier this year. The event was supposed to take place in New Orleans on April 11 and 12.

However, it was recently reported that the Stamford-based promotion changed its plans, and the show will not be held in New Orleans as originally intended. It was also reported that WrestleMania 42 could return to Las Vegas again next year, but nothing was confirmed at that time.

Tonight, during the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, World Wrestling Entertainment aired a video package in which Triple H officially confirmed that WrestleMania 42 will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 18 and 19, which is a week later than originally planned.
