Post-match, the AAA trio was interrupted by Dominik Mysterio, who was at the ringside with Liv Morgan for the opening match of the night. "Dirty" Dom, as per, took shots at his father, Rey Mysterio, who opened the show and addressed the fans.
This led to Octagón Jr. confronting Mysterio at the ringside before a huge brawl broke out between the two superstars. The reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion then announced that he would put his title on the line against Octagón Jr. later today at the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event. This will be Mysterio's second title defense at a PLE.
