Wrestling veteran lauds former champion for beating "the cr*p" out of Bayley on SmackDown (Exclusive)

Former WWE Manager Dutch Mantell was impressed by Nia Jax's vicious attack on Bayley and Naomi this week.

Tiffany Stratton and Naomi were in a singles match with the WWE Women's Champ watching the action at ringside when Nia struck. She attacked the champ and Naomi, leading to the match ending in a no-contest. Stratton took advantage of the chaos and leveled Bayley and Naomi with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever.

During a recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk podcast, Mantell claimed he was unsure of who Kiana James was. However, he was happy with Nia Jax being drafted to SmackDown. He was impressed with the way she showed up and attacked the reigning Women's Champion to announce herself to the blue brand.

"Kiana who? See I don't know who she is. So, they do have a stacked women's division. I liked Nia Jax, what she did tonight. She just went out there and beat the cr*p out of Bayley. [From 27:33 onwards]

After the dust settled, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis announced that the champ would defend the WWE Women's Championship at Backlash in a Triple Threat against Naomi and Tiffany Stratton.

It will be interesting to see where Nia Jax figures in the title picture after The Role Model is done with her defense in France.
