WWE announces rare stipulation for upcoming title match after new #1 contender is determined 

A new Number One Contender for the NXT Championship was determined in a Triple Threat match on the latest episode of WWE NXT. After the bout, a stipulation was revealed for the title match at Halloween Havoc.

The three competitors were Je'Von Evans, Ethan Page, and Wes Lee. The Young OG hit The Kardiac Kid with a superkick immediately after the bell rang. Evans took down All Ego with a hurricanrana and a dropkick. As the match progressed, the young star sent Ethan Page over the announcers' table with a suicide dive.

The former WWE NXT Champion hit Je'Von Evans with a powerslam and Wes Lee nailed the latter with a DDT. He then hit Ethan Page with a standing shooting star press for a two-count. Evans sent Page crashing into the mat with a Spanish Fly and Wes Lee took out Ethan with a Meteora.

Je'Von spiked Wes Lee with a big cutter for a nearfall. He then hit a dive off the top rope and went for the cover but Ethan Page got back into the ring and rolled up The Young OG to get the win. All Ego called out Trick Williams after the match and the champ came out.

The stars then landed on a unique stipulation for their bout, after Ethan Page spun the wheel and it stopped on Devil's Playground. Page attacked Williams and lifted the NXT Title.

The two stars will collide for the coveted title at Halloween Havoc. There have only been a few Devil's Playground matches in WWE and it remains to be seen how this pans out.
