Oba Femi is the current NXT Champion (source: WWE's X account)
Oba Femi was attacked viciously by a recent NXT debutant. He could be potentially injured.
Jasper Troy was part of season one of WWE LFG. He impressed everyone with his performances and made it all the way to the finals before eventually emerging as the winner. Therefore, he earned himself an NXT contract. A couple of weeks ago, he made a huge impact on the black and silver brand by taking out Oba Femi.
Tonight on WWE NXT, Oba was set to defend his title against Jasper Troy in a singles match. However, as he was making his way into the arena, he was ambushed by Troy in the parking lot and was slammed onto the hood and windshield of a car. Femi looked potentially seriously injured as several people came to check on him.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
