WWE has officially revealed a replacement for Jade Cargill in the upcoming Women's United States Championship tournament on SmackDown. The Storm was originally scheduled to compete in the tournament.
Bianca Belair was involved in a fierce first-round match for the Women's United States Title against Blair Davenport and Chelsea Green on last week's Friday Night Show. However, mid-match, The EST had to leave due to a backstage incident where her tag team partner, Jade Cargill was mysteriously attacked and found unconscious in the parking lot.
That being said, WWE officially disclosed that Lash Legend of The Meta-Four faction will be replacing The Storm in the Women's United States Championship tournament. The Boujee Bully is set to face Michin and Piper Niven in a Triple Threat Match on the November 29, 2024, installment of SmackDown.

Wrestling veteran says WWE made a huge mistake with Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair
The EST and The Storm have been a tag team on television for quite some time now. The duo are the current WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, and in their last title defense, they defeated The Judgment Day's Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on the November 11, 2024, installment of Monday Night RAW.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing with Russo, the former WWE writer criticized the booking of Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair. Vince Russo suggested that they should be booked as singles wrestlers to elevate other talents rather than being paired together.
"As a writer, if I have Batman and I have Superman, I am not taking two stars and making them one. I am putting somebody with Batman to raise them up. I am putting somebody with Superman to raise them up. So now I got 4 stars... I think that roster needs both of those women as singles wrestlers, but Jade is green. I mean, that's the problem," he said.
