WWE kicked off a new era at Worlds Collide, and it seems that new recruits have come with it. It was announced mid-way through the show that Finn Balor's wife, Vero Rodríguez, was a member of the broadcast team for the show.
Vero Rodríguez has been working as a Mexican journalist for several years and is widely known and respected for her craft. However, this is the first time that she has worked with WWE.
Rodríguez was shown in the graphics that were used as part of the opening match of the night. The graphics also included reporter Chuey Martinez, Lilian Garcia working as the ring announcer, and Corey Graves and Konnan on commentary.
She was shown onscreen shortly after, interviewing Stephanie Vaquer and Lola Vice. Finn Balor is not scheduled to be part of the show, but his Judgment Day teammates Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio were both at ringside for the show.
After the day started with no Judgment Day members on the card for Money in the Bank, Mysterio was able to cause an issue with Octagon Jr, which led to his Intercontinental Championship being put on the line at the premium live event later today.
