What's the story?

Bullet Club members Matt and Nick Jackson-- collectively known as The Young Bucks, were recently a guest on Colt Cabana's podcast, The Art of Wrestling.

During their interview with Cabana, Matt and Nick discussed a host of topics including The Elite possibly leaving the Bullet Club, their Raw "Invasion", and also their favourite version of the Bullet Club.

In case you didn't know...

The Young Bucks along with Kenny Omega are part of the hottest three men faction on the planet, that is, The Elite.

The Elite is a subgroup of the Bullet Club, which was formed back in 2016 by The Bucks and Omega following their betrayal of their former leader AJ Styles.

The trio since then have held the IWGP Never Openweight Six-man Tag Team Championship on two different occasions and are also the current ROH Six-man Tag Team Champions, sharing the belts along with Cody, Marty Scurll, and Hangman Page (via The Elite rule).

The heart of the matter

During their interview with Cabana, The Bucks stated The Elite's current plans and also gave an insight regarding their Monday Night Raw invasion.

On The Elite possibly leaving the Bullet Club:

Nick Jackson said that The Elite previously had the thought of splitting up from the Bullet Club but, the only thing that has prevented them from doing so was the merchandise sales, which is too big at the moment. Nick also confirmed the news that The Elite probably won't split up from the BC anytime soon.

On their favourite Bullet Club version:

Matt Jackson stated that the reason why he along with Nick and Kenny decided to form The Elite is that of AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows departing from the Bullet Club and NJPW to join the WWE.

Matt also admitted that the current version of the BC is his favourite, due to the chemistry among all the faction members.

Kevin Owens telling them to expect more hate as they get famous:

Nick stated that the online hate that they've received is crazy and some comments have also hurt his feelings.

The 28-year-old then said that he recently talked to his good friend and WWE superstar Kevin Owens regarding the situation who responded by saying, "the more you grow in popularity, [the more hate you get]."

What's next?

The Elite are currently wrestling over on both NJPW and Ring of Honor.

The Young Bucks' next target, however, will be to win back the IWGP Jr. Tag Team Championships at Wrestle Kingdom 12. As for Kenny Omega, The Cleaner's next goal will be to win his hotly-anticipated match against Chris Jericho in January.

Author's Take

The Elite is by far the best three-man faction in the world today. The trio of Omega and The Young Bucks have already achieved a lot as a faction and their future looks brighter than ever.
