No Ray Stevens in 2015 Hall of Fame, possible reason for exclusion
According to earlier reports, WWE wrestling legend “The Crippler” Ray Stevens was to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame 2015 due to his association with the Bay Area.
But now the latest development is that Stevens will not be included in this year’s WWE HOF. A possible reason for this change of plan was given to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter by a source who described it as a “card subject to change” situation.
He asserted that it might have something to with former WWE star Randy Savage who was one of the inductees for this year’s WWE HOF. This year, the WWE authorities are not willing to consider anyone in the WWE HOF who isn't alive and Savage died in 2011 so they also nixed Steven’s induction who passed away long time back in 1996.
