NXT TakeOver: In Your House is set to take place on June 7, after Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Road Dogg stated that the brand would be going back to hosting big shows that the WWE Universe could enjoy from the comfort of their homes.
Over the past few weeks, NXT has worked hard to come up with some big storylines and matches for the event and gotten big stars such as Adam Cole, Tommaso Ciampa, Charlotte Flair, and Killer Kross involved in the mix.
However, the biggest name in NXT, Finn Balor, has also managed to find his way into the event after being attacked by Damian Priest during his match against Cameron Grimes. Balor went on to lose the match to Grimes and wants to get back at Priest for his actions.
The Archer of Infamy, on the other hand, sees Balor as his ticket to the top of the brand and he will look to take down The Prince of NXT on Sunday.
What makes this match even more interesting is the fact that neither man is a babyface, and both men will be playing their usual villainous characters during the match.

Damian Priest is one of the biggest heels in NXT today. The Superstar has been through several promotions where he has made major impacts and it seems like the Superstar will be making a big impact during his WWE tenure.
Since debuting in NXT, we’ve seen Priest run through a few major Superstars and former Champions such as Pete Dunne and Dominik Dijakovic. However, he has failed to make an impression when it has truly mattered as he’s lost opportunities to win the NXT North American Championship more than once.
However, Priest has regularly managed to get into major feuds by attacking his opponents during matches and using illegal means to gain the upper hand.
Can Priest take down the biggest heel in NXT?
Keeping that in mind and considering the fact that Finn Balor is the biggest Superstar in NXT today, a victory against him will allow him Priest to immediately get a major boost on the Black & Gold brand.
Priest could end up using his nightstick once again in this match to gain an unfair advantage behind the referees back and take out The Prince of NXT to pick up the biggest victory of his career.

While Damian Priest is still trying to find his footing in WWE, Finn Balor is one man who has conquered NXT, RAW, and SmackDown and is back to make NXT his own.
Balor has been one of WWE’s finest performers and biggest crowd-puller over the past five years and he is one man who can pull off any character to perfection.
While Balor was a babyface, he had all the support in the world behind him, but his return to NXT saw him become a villainous heel who has shaken up the entire brand. Balor has defeated men like Matt Riddle, Johnny Gargano, and Tommaso Ciampa since his return to NXT and Priest seems like an easy target for him.
However, the size and power advantage could come into the equation as Priest has a significant advantage over the lightweight Superstar.

To balance Priest's physical advantage, we could see the heel Prince of NXT resort to some illegal means such as using a weapon or hitting a low-blow behind the referees back to gain an advantage and pick up the victory over Priest.
This will allow Balor another reason to push ahead as the best Superstar in NXT and possibly get him into another title picture.

One thing to keep in mind while watching this match is that both men who’ll take to the ring are villainous heels. It’s not often that WWE books two babyfaces or heels to face each other, but this NXT match will see two of the finest heels at work together.
Finn Balor has taken down Johnny Gargano, Matt Riddle, and several others since turning heel and has even aimed for the NXT Championship and the NXT United Kingdom Championship.
Damian Priest, on the other hand, has focused on using his heelish tactics to get into some rivalries, and his rivalry against Keith Lee for the NXT North American Championship ended up being his most prominent work.

While playing a babyface, Balor likes to finish off his opponents with a Coup de Grace. However, as a heel, he likes to inflict even more pain on them as he uses a series of moves. After a Coup de Grace, that can already bring the match to an end, Balor gets his opponents up on their feet and delivers a 1916 DDT that proves to be lethal and helps him pick up the win.
The DDT has allowed Balor to pick up some big victories on NXT
Damian Priest is not someone who gives up without a fight, and this combination could end up allowing The Prince of NXT to pick up a clean and decisive victory over the larger man.
Since falling out of the NXT United Kingdom Championship picture against WALTER due to the current travel restrictions, Balor has been looking for new rivalries and big wins to stay relevant on NXT. Even though Finn Balor is a former NXT and Universal Champion, Damian Priest looks like the new heel Superstar WWE needs to build as they work on the strategy for the future.
Men like Matt Riddle, Adam Cole, Tommaso Ciampa, and Keith Lee have already managed to impress the WWE Universe and catch the eye of other companies too, and Priest is another star who could be on his way to stardom soon.
A big victory for Priest could give him a push on NXT
While The Archer of Infamy does not have the experience that Balor has, he sure has the power and skills to take down any opponent with ease.
Balor will try his heel tactics to get over Priest, but NXT could allow the newer star to impress the entire WWE Universe after some recent disappointing performances and get back in the chase for a title soon.
At TakeOver: In Your House, it is likely that Priest will deliver The Reckoning to Balor and pin him clean to pick up the biggest victory of his WWE career.
