#4 Match ends in a disqualification
Tommaso Ciampa is trying to win back the NXT Championship since his return from injury late last year. Even though months have passed, his plans were put on hold for one reason or another.
Cole will be defending his most prized possession at the event, while Tommaso Ciampa can’t wait any longer to take Goldie back home. This rivalry has a great past, and the future looks bright.
NXT has continued to try and delay this match in order to hold it at the grandest possible stage, and NXT TakeOver: Portland is one of the best places to have their first match together.
When they take to the ring, anything can happen and we could watch one of the two Superstars use a weapon or the title belt to their advantage to win the match, leading to disqualification from the referee. An interference from Undisputed Era’s other members can also not be ruled out which can draw a disqualification.
This will allow NXT to protect both men while extending this rivalry into WrestleMania weekend where they could once again face each other at TakeOver: Tampa Bay.
