Cole's buddies could assist him to win the match

Adam Cole is no saint when it comes to matches with high stakes. He has been one of the most controversial NXT Superstars in the ring and has relied on his crew to save him during matches several times.

Currently, Tommaso Ciampa seems like his biggest threat as he has never pinned Ciampa in his career, while Ciampa has done so during the TakeOver: Wargames match and earlier during tag-team competition.

With that in mind, Cole will be looking to go to any extent once again to retain his title, much like he did against Johnny Gargano last year.

During the match, Cole will try to use all of his heelish tactics to his advantage to score a victory over a man who seems like a heel even when he plays a babyface.

The result could see Cole get some assistance from his brothers in The Undisputed Era, or he could use the ropes or the title belt to his advantage to pin Ciampa and retain the title controversially.

This will allow Ciampa to build a case for another match for the title later on while protecting him from a clean defeat from the Champion.
