NXT UK opened with Tyler Bate vs. Dave Mastiff (continued)
The momentum continued to rise in the NXT UK opening match in Round 4, with Dave Mastiff continuously bombing Tyler Bate to the ground to start. Tyler Bate then escaped to the side of the ring and was followed by Mastiff, who slammed him against the barrier. The pair returned to the ring, but despite Mastiff's repeated attempts, no points were scored in Round 4.
Round 5 kicked off with Dave Mastiff quickly attacking Tyler Bate in the ring. Tyler Bate was then launched across the ring with a vicious German suplex, and Bate responded by lifting up Mastiff and performing a helicopter spin. Before the fifth round ended, Bate managed to pin Dave Mastiff, to become the winner of this NXT UK Heritage Cup rules match
