All Elite Wrestling have suspended Nyla Rose without pay for the rest of the year for her actions on Dynamite last night. This is the second time in the last two weeks that the company have taken action against one of their Superstars.
Rose attacked referee Rick Knox
Last on Dynamite, Nyla Rose powerbombed referee Rick Knox through a table. She then went on to powerbomb Shanna on top of Knox. As a result, she has now been suspended by AEW for the rest of 2019.
A tweet from AEW’s official Twitter account read:
“BREAKING NEWS: As a result of her actions last night on #AEWDynamite, @NylaRoseBeast has been suspended without pay for the rest of 2019 by #AEW management”
This is not the first time that AEW have punished one of their wrestlers. Around two weeks ago, Jimmy Havoc was fined $10,000 for using a staple gun during the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale.
The company also stated that he would face future $10000 fines for every time he uses the staple gun. However, that didn’t seem to stop Havoc from using it as he stapled a $10000 check on Brandon Cutler after defeating him in a match on AEW Dark.
So, it would be interesting to see how Nyla Rose responds to her punishment.
