Orton injury, update on Harper's status, reason for Undertaker in Mexico

Randy Orton out of action with a dislocated shoulder

- We had noted yesterday about Randy Orton being absent from RAW this week and not appearing at the WWE’s live event tour in Mexico. The reason behind Orton’s missing the show has been attributed to a shoulder injury.

The severity of the injury is yet to be found out as Orton is set to have an MRI done to check if he needs to have a surgery, the reason why he missed the shows in Mexico and RAW.

Randy reportedly had been working with a shoulder injury for sometime now, however it got worse and resulted in a dislocated shoulder last week. It is yet to be determined as to how long is Orton set to be out of action for.

- Also conspicuous by his absence on RAW was Luke Harper, who was instead replaced by the returning Erick Rowan. Harper didn’t appear on SmackDown either, leading everyone to believe he was out due to an injury or so.

However, the reports coming in confirm that isn’t the case and harper isn’t injured. Whether Rowan would be replacing Harper permanently remains to be seen.

- Reliable sources are coming out with stories on why The Undertaker was included in the WWE’s Mexico tour last week. As we had reported, Undertaker teamed up with Kane to defeat Braun Strowman and Luke Harper at the live events in the tour of Mexico.

Reportedly, Mexican promoters Ocesa had issues with WWE not booking any top names or Mexican talent, after selling them the shows. The workings have the promoters buy the shows from the WWE, will paying them for the same. Following this, the promoters then sell the tickets to these shows and hope to make a profit from the fans the shows manage to draw. The WWE supposedly also stand to get a cut from the profit, over a certain amount.

This time, the WWE didn’t have any big names included on the tour originally and no Mexican talent either, as there are none on the roster at present. The promoters threatened to pull out all the support for the tour, when WWE decided to include The Undertaker on the tour.
