In late 2015, Steve Harvey was the subject of controversy after he announced the wrong winner of "Miss Universe". Of course, WWE decided to capitalize on this in the Slammy Award just one night later.

R-Truth was set to announce the "Diva of the year" and he announced Paige was the winner before realizing that he had messed up. He then revealed that the actual winner was Nikki Bella.
