Randy Orton to press charges on the attacker?

It was earlier noted that WWE superstar Randy Orton was attacked by a fan after his match against Big E Langston at a recent live event in South Africa.

As Orton climbed the second turn-buckle while celebrating the victory, a fan identified as a local wrestler attacked Orton, hitting him in the groin. A video recently surfaced on the internet featuring the fan who cut a promo and threatened Randy Orton.

Randy worked another live event at the same city last night, defeating Wade Barrett. And the WWE is sceptical about Orton pressing charges on the attacker.

A WWE rep says Orton is considering pressing charges, but no official decision has been made yet pertaining to the issue.
