By the time the sixth and final entry enters the Elimination Chamber, the match is roughly 25 minutes long already. If those who started the match are still there, they're likely battered and bruised; while those entering last are fresh and ready to take advantage.

The numbers definitely work out in the favor of those entering the Chamber last as it has the second most wins with a total of five; with The New Day being the last to win in the first-ever tag team Chamber match.

For the 2018 Chamber match, there was a triple threat between John Cena, Braun Strowman, and Elias to determine who will enter the Chamber last. To everyone's surprise, Elias won that match and will enter in seventh in the first-ever seven-man Elimination Chamber match.
