With Wrestlemania 29 just around the corner, a lot of people have been questioning The Rock for his lack of promotion of the event during his media appearances in the past week, despite him being the reigning WWE champion.
The reason for this was that his appearances were set up by the studio that produced the GI Joe movie, and not the WWE, and his presence was only for the promotion of the movie and not for anything else.
The movie has been promoted on a huge scale ever since its release was pushed back from 2012, and its conversion into 3D.
