The second match on the card for TLC was a Cruiserweight Division Match. Rich Swann started off in the ring with Brian Kendrick. Swann went for some slaps to the chest of Kendrick who wasted no time before taking him down and tagging in "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher. The action was taken outside as Gallagher swept Cedric under the ropes and Swann took a flip onto Gallagher. Cedric took the opportunity to hit a suicide dive over the top rope.
The action returned to the ring and Gallagher distracted Swann and Kendrick took advantage of the situation by hitting Swann with a Butterfly Suplex. Cedric came back with a spin kick but Gallagher managed to stand up only for Cedric to hit him with a lariat.
Kendrick attacked him from outside and got the tag in from Gallagher. Kendrick landed the captain's hook but almost got pinned when Cedric rolled over. Swann hit a top rope splash onto Kendrick. Gallagher then came in and headbutted him. Both of them rolled out of the ring and the two legal men were in. Cedric then landed a lumbar check and dragged him to the middle of the ring for a 3-count!
