The Ring of Honor crew landed in Fort Lauderdale last night for a show at the War Memorial Auditorium. The show featured many big stars on the night that were all part of the main-card. Current IWGP US Champion and Bullet Club leader Kenny Omega was also set to perform on the night and so were his fellow Bullet Club members.

Other than that, the card featured the likes of Chuck Taylor, Christopher Daniels, Jay Lethal, Brandi Rhodes and many more.


#1 Rain vs Brandi Rhodes

The only Women of Honor match on the night featured the veteran Rain who made her return to the ring for the first time in three years as she went toe-to-toe with Brandi Rhodes.

The former Shine Wrestling Champion would defeat Brandi on the night and announced her comeback to the squared circle in staggering fashion.

#2 Silas Young and Beer City Bruiser vs Coast 2 Coast

Silas Young and Beer City Bruiser are considered as one of the most powerful tag teams in ROH and last night they showed exactly why is that when the duo of Young and Bruiser went on to defeat LSG and Shaheem Ali. With this win Young and Bruiser certainly put the entire ROH tag team division on notice.

#3 Jonathan Gresham vs Josh Woods vs Simon Grimm

Both Gresham and Woods are two of the most talented young men in Ring of Honor right now and last night the two shared the ring with ROH’s newest signing Simon Grimm, whom WWE fans might know as Simon Gotch.

The three men displayed a great performance, but in the end, it was “The Octopus” Jonathan Gresham who got a much important win on the night.

#4 Punishment Martinez vs Shane Taylor

Martinez and Taylor are also two of the up and coming wrestlers in ROH right now. Martinez is a 6 ft 7 monster, whereas Taylor, on the other hand, is 350 pounds and is one of the most intimidating superstars in the wrestling world today.

Both of them as expected had a great match that saw Martinez reign victorious over Taylor via pinfall.

#5 Best Friends vs The Addiction vs Bullet Club (Marty Scurll & Hangman Page)

This was one of the best matches of the night, involving six of the best wrestlers in the promotion today.

The match was fast and had some amazing spots, Hangman Page of the Bullet Club once again proved why he is one of the best and most underrated wrestlers in the world today. Chuck Taylor was also great on the night and in the end, it was him and Trent Berretta who picked up the win, via pinfall.

#6 The Dawgs vs Warburger (Cheeseburger and Hanson)

The Ft. Lauderdale crowd witnessed an unlikely pairing last night between the young and talented Cheeseburger who teamed up with one half of the War Machine tag team, in the form of Hanson.

However, the duo of Will Ferrara and Rhett Titus has been on a roll for a while now and last night was no different as they defeated Warburger. Despite having Hanson by his side, Cheeseburger was not able to overcome The Dawgs in the evening.

Result: The Dawgs defeated Warburger


#7 Motor City Machine Guns vs The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia & TK O’Ryan) - (ROH World Tag Team Championships)

The duo of Marseglia and Ryan were looking to bring the prestigious ROH World Tag Titles to The Kingdom but, first, they had to go through the much-talented duo of Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin.

This match was simply phenomenal and proved why the Motor City Machine Guns are one of the best tag teams on the planet today. The duo of Shelley and Sabin also proved that there is indeed truth to this statement after overcoming the tough test of beating The Kingdom and retaining their belts.

Result: Motor City Machine Guns def. The Kingdom

#8 Matt Taven vs Flip Gordon

Flip Gordon is another talented star on the ROH roster today and last night he faced off against the very talented and Kingdom member Matt Taven. The two men had a brilliant match but in the end, it was Taven’s veteran experience that helped him win the match and get a much important singles victory.

#9 Cody vs Rocky Romero- (ROH World Championship)

Cody has had a solid run so far with the Ring of Honor World Title but last night he had a tough test ahead of him as “The American Nightmare” squared off against Roppongi 3K and CHAOS member Rocky Romero.

Romero’s boys Sho and Yoh, on the other hand, are the current IWGP Junior Tag Champs and he himself was looking to bring the ROH World Title to the CHAOS faction. However, Cody had other plans and prevented Romero from winning the belt as the two men waged war on each other.

The Bullet Club member would go on and retain his championship and will now turn his focus towards Dalton Castle, whom he faces at this year’s Final Battle PPV in December.

#10 The Elite vs Dalton Castle, Jay Lethal, and Kenny King

Speaking of Dalton Castle, the former ROH six-man tag champ teamed up with the former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal and current ROH TV Champion Kenny King on the night, as they had the uphill task of defeating the trio of Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks.

This was the main event of the night and as expected Omega and his fellow Bullet Club stablemates delivered a great performance, but, it was Castle and Co who managed to get a surprise win on the night and pull off a big upset by beating the Bullet Club subgroup on the night in a tremendous main event.

Result: Dalton Castle, Kenny King, and Jay Lethal def. The Elite
