Additionally, it’s also being revealed that ROH has offered the very same kind of contract to a few other female performers as well. Deonna Purrazzo is considered by both fans and experts alike as one of the top prospects in Women’s Wrestling today.

The highly-regarded mat wrestler who made her professional wrestling debut back in 2013, has now notched up a resume that includes her having worked in several notable professional wrestling promotions including the WWE, Impact Wrestling, World Wonder Ring Stardom and ROH.

The heart of the matter

Deonna Purrazzo first signed with ROH in mid-2015, and made his first television appearance for the organization in December of 2016.

Purrazzo has signed a non-exclusive deal with ROH; meaning that she is allowed to perform for promotions other than ROH as well, despite being a contracted ROH performer.

Furthermore, a few other notable female wrestlers who’ve reportedly been offered similar contracts by ROH include Mandy Leon, Kelly Klein, Sumie Sakai and Jenny Rose. Besides, Deonna Purrazzo has confirmed talk of her aforementioned non-exclusive deal with ROH as well as her participation in the WOH Championship Tournament.

What’s next?

The WOH Championship Tournament will commence from January 20th, and is set to feature several popular female performers including the aforementioned Deonna Purrazzo.

While, Purrazzo participated in the WWE’s Mae Young Classic last year, fans can expect her to likely stay with ROH in the weeks to come.

She’d most definitely be a favourite to win the Women Of Honor Championship Tournament, and at age 23, the sky is the limit for this incredible performer. She has the potential to be the next Charlotte Flair.
