Ronda Rousey: Will be victorious at WWE Evolution

Ronda Rousey. She has to win, right? Although there is a chance Nikki Bella could win to create nuclear heat for herself. This would potentially set up Rousey for a Royal Rumble win and title victory at Wrestlemania, potentially against Charlotte Flair, should she reclaim the Smackdown Women's Championship.

WWE believe Rousey is their biggest star and they are right; she is.

Rousey's aura has been carefully protected by WWE and so it should. They cannot afford to douse her heat in the way the company did with the likes of Asuka and Shinsuke Nakamura. Those acts are too far gone to be saved despite seemingly being sure-fire hits due to their main roster booking and in Nakumura's case, his legendary status in Japan.

The "Baddest Woman on the Planet" is a legitimate mainstream star and brings the casual fan to the company. It does not want to lose Rousey's drawing power and a loss to Nikki Bella would do exactly that. Despite her former Championship glories, Bella is perceived by the casual fan in 2018 as a reality television star and John Cena's former fiance. It does not want the mainstream press to report that Bella has defeated their biggest drawing card.

Even discounting every other possible reason why a Bella win will not happen, that is the number one reason why. Rousey will retain and move on to her next challenger.
