The WWE Royal Rumble event is not too far away, and the women’s Royal Rumble match is one of the most anticipated matches of the night.

The 30-woman match which will be held for the second time in history has already had at least 15 names announced for it, and there will surely be a few surprise entrants in the match just like last year.

While there are rumors circulating that Becky Lynch or even Ronda Rousey may enter the Royal Rumble in case they lose their championship matches, there are a few more women whose entries into the match could make a significant difference.

However, there are some superstars who should be kept away from the 30-woman affair due to various reasons.

We have already seen a list of 4 superstars who should not be made a part of the men’s Royal Rumble match, and here we take a look at 3 superstars who should not be a part of the women’s Royal Rumble match.

Take a look at our picks below, and share the superstars you don’t want to see in the match, in the comments section.

#3 R-Truth

This should not happen under any circumstances
This should not happen under any circumstances

R-Truth has already flossed his way into the Royal Rumble as the #30 entrant of the men’s match by winning the Mixed Match Challenge with Carmella.

Carmella has managed to win the #30 entry into the women’s match through the same route, and both superstars are currently enjoying a vacation before the event.

However, there is a great chance that R-Truth will lose his spot to another superstar by getting attacked backstage, or before he enters the men’s Rumble match.

The reason for that is because WWE heavily guards the #30 spot of both matches, and giving it away so soon this year doesn't make much sense.

If Truth does lose his spot in the men’s match after being attacked by an NXT Superstar or a returning superstar such as Kevin Owens or Sami Zayn, then he shouldn’t be forced into the women’s match for obvious reasons.

As entertaining as R-Truth is, it won't be pretty if he is entered into the women’s match after losing his men’s match spot, sidelining a deserving female superstar.

#2 Asuka

Asuka currently holds the SmackDown Women’s Championship, which she will defend against Becky Lynch at Royal Rumble 2019.

The Japanese-born superstar was the winner of the inaugural women’s Royal Rumble match in 2018, and went on to challenge Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania 34, where she tasted the first defeat of her WWE career.

While Asuka is an extremely gifted superstar, she should not be included in the women’s Royal Rumble match this year if she loses her championship at the event.

The reason is that her reputation has already taken a hit after her WrestleMania 34 loss, subsequent losses, and bad bookings afterward.

If she loses her title, enters the Royal Rumble match, and then gets eliminated from the Rumble, then her reputation will be dented even further, because she was red hot in the previous event and won the match.

#1 Shayna Baszler

Baszler should be protected
Baszler should be protected

The first ever two-time NXT Women’s Champion seems to fly higher and higher with each passing week. Baszler is a unique wrestler on the women’s roster who can do a great deal of damage in a match.

Even though the thought of Baszler being a surprise entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble match sounds tempting, WWE should not hurry into it.

There seems to already be a rivalry cooking up for a future feud between the Four Horsewomen of UFC and WWE, and if Baszler is thrown into the Rumble, then she might confront one of the Four Horsewomen of WWE in it.

If that happens, the rumors will turn into confirmed news, which can impact the overall excitement for the feud. Even though Baszler could enter the Rumble, there is little to no chance she will come out as the winner, and instead, another woman from NXT should be given the spot.
