Drew Carey will forever be known as the guy is who tried to buy his way to a Rumble win. The TV personality entered the ring as entry #5 in the 2001 Royal Rumble and actually lasted more time in the ring than Big Show, Rikishi, The Godfather, Tazz, William Regal, Scotty 2 Hotty, and several other WWE superstars in the match.

When he got into the ring, the Hardy Boyz were going at each other on top of the rope and within seconds, both of them got eliminated. He was left alone in the ring but that did not last long. Kane made his way to the ring and thanks to the Big Red Monster taking some time to actually get into the ring, it was time for the next entrant before he got his hands on Drew Carey.

Kane picked up Carey to give him a chokeslam but Raven came from behind and attacked the monster. The TV star did not want more of the match and eliminated himself just as Kane turned his head towards Raven.
