Brock Lesnar has been part of every single Crown Jewel Premium Live Event since it's advent in 2018. However, the former WWE Universal Champion is reportedly set to miss the event for the first time this year.

Brock Lesnar's last in-ring appearance was at SummerSlam when he fought Cody Rhodes. The two took part in a trilogy of matches, with Rhodes getting the win on final occasions. In a surprising turn of events, The Beast showed respect to his opponent after the loss at SummerSlam.

According to PW Insider, WWE has no plans for Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel. The report suggests that the venue sold out in absolutely no time. A lot of credit for this goes to the announcement of big names like John Cena, Roman Reigns, Logan Paul, among others. Having already sold out the venue, WWE perhaps decided to save Lesnar for another future event in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Despite the absence of the former Universal Champion, the match card for the premium live event is stacked. All the major singles titles are already scheduled to be defended during the event.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Gunther wants to fight Brock Lesnar inside the squared circle

Brock Lesnar and Gunther shared the ring during the 2023 Men's Royal Rumble match. The two stood face to face but are yet to be involved in a one-on-one fight.

In an interview with Sportskeeda, The Ring General expressed his desire to face The Beast. He also stated that the latter is someone he has often looked up to.

"I said that before. I think he's definitely somebody I looked up to. I always admired him for how he handles himself and his business and stuff. For me personally, I think he's my biggest obstacle at some point in my career. If there's a chance that this happens, I would love to do that, of course," the Intercontinental Champion said.
