WWE: [RAW Spoilers] Big surprise involving Cody Rhodes, New match to be confirmed for Night of Champions

We are only a few hours away from WWE RAW's final episode before Night of Champions 2023. A recent backstage report has suggested potential spoilers for the upcoming show.

Per a report by Ringside News, the red brand will see Finn Balor in action against Matt Riddle in a singles match. Additionally, Ricochet is booked for a bout against Bronson Reed on tonight's show. Another singles match of the night will see Apollo Crews battle The Judgment Day's Dominik on the show.

Former NXT Cruiserweight Champion JD McDonagh is set to make his singles in-ring debut on the Monday night show. Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus will also meet for the contract signing of their match at Night of Champions.

And lastly, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are set to lock horns with Imperium in a six-man tag team match. However, WWE has not revealed who will team up with the reigning Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions.

Previous backstage reports claimed that former world champion Drew McIntyre would return on RAW as KO and Zayn's mystery partner. However, the latest updates hint at Shinsuke Nakamura potentially teaming up with the tag team champions for their bout against the Gunther-led stable.

The opening segment is rumored to feature an exciting development to escalate further the feud between Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar ahead of their match at Night of Champions. And RAW's final moments will reportedly see "someone big" put The American Nightmare over in a backstage segment.
