Rumour: Batista to take some time off after Extreme Rules

Batista – Taking time off

Rumours are that Batista will be taking some time off from wrestling after Extreme Rules gets over.

He is currently not being advertised for any WWE events after that show, including RAW the next night from Albany, NY. He is also not advertised for the big European tour that kicks off in May.

Since Batista’s return back in January prior to the Royal Rumble, a break right around this time period had already been set as he will need to be on the road promoting the Aug. 1 release of his movie, Guardians of the Galaxy.

And while every WWE fan was overjoyed at the reunion of the Evolution, it may only last for the next few weeks.
