Several wrestling fans believe that the focus WWE gave on the female division prior to WrestleMania 32, is missing nowadays. This opinion was raised on numerous social media platforms by the WWE Universe.
As per reports of allwrestlingnews.com, Sasha Banks seems to agree with such viewpoints as well. Recently, on her Tumblr account, she re-shared two posts on the topic.
While the first post was a simple “#JusticeForWomen’sDivision” , the second post was a rant of sorts against the current bookings.
“After working so hard to push through barriers, getting the crowd behind them, eliminating a whole lot of negative mindsets when it comes to women's wrestling, I’m honestly so confused as to why WWE has to put brakes on the women’s momentum following WrestleMania.....”
As Sasha herself shared these posts, many fans feel that she is also unimpressed with the recent bookings of the female division.
Banks is currently sidelined from the main roster of WWE. Two months ago, she suffered a concussion and remained out of action till the end of May.
Although she is wrestling in the live events, she is yet to appear on the main show.
Earlier, it was rumored that she will be facing Charlotte for the Championship at Money in the Bank, but the idea was dropped. Now, at the pay-per-view, WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte will team up with Dana Brooke to take on the team of Becky Lynch and Natalya.
