Ruby Riott
Let's just get this out of the way: Ruby Riott is not a believable threat to Ronda Rousey's Raw Women's Championship.
But a Ruby Riott using the numbers game afforded to her by the presence of Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan? Most of the audience will know that Rousey is not going to suffer her first loss due to the shenanigans of the Riott Squad, but that doesn't mean that 3 against 1 doesn't constitute a believable threat. After all, they have used the numbers game to defeat Sasha Banks and Bayley.
At the very least, it allows Rousey to look impressive by taking out the Riott Squad single-handedly. And that is their role. To make Rousey look impressive, as she kills time before taking on a more serious challenger.
The Riott Squad are set to take on Rousey and the Bella Twins at the upcoming WWE Super Show-Down. After they inevitably lose, all they have to do to set up this match is for them to attack Ronda Rousey. And then do it again. And again.
Rousey gets to take her revenge by dismantling the Riott Squad. And the Riott Squad gets put into a high-profile angle. Win-win.
