What's the story?
Contrary to what Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer reported, Bray Wyatt was ALWAYS going to Raw and was NOT swapped with AJ Styles at the last minute.
In case you didn't know...
Bray Wyatt was traded to Raw last Monday.Several reports stated that Bray Wyatt took AJ Styles’ place and that Styles himself would be feuding with Randy Orton. The story then gained momentum, but it turns out that it was not the case.
The Heart of the matter
We were told 4 weeks ago about Bray Wyatt moving to Raw. Randy Orton vs Bray Wyatt was ALWAYS planned to take place at Payback to make up for the absence of the WWE Universal Title, with Brock Lesnar not booked on the card, Therefore, the WWE decided that Bray Wyatt being on Raw would be suitable reasoning for a WWE Championship defence occurring on a Raw brand PPV.

A feud between Bray Wyatt and Finn Balor was also mapped out several months ago. In addition to that, AJ Styles will NOT be Randy Orton's next contender. WWE plans to elevate Baron Corbin into that spot, and he will challenge Randy Orton for the WWE Championship at SmackDown's next PPV, Backlash.
What's next?
Bray Wyatt will face Randy Orton in a House of Horrors match at the WWE's next PPV, Payback. After that, Bray is set to move onto to Finn Balor. Randy Orton will move onto Baron Corbin, and AJ Styles will challenge Kevin Owens for the US Title.

I can tell you for a fact, based on what I'm told by the reliable sources that help make "SK Exclusive" and my Podcast, “The Dirty Sheets”, that Bray Wyatt was ALWAYS going to Raw. Bray Wyatt was never swapped for AJ Styles. Plans for Styles to swap brands with Roman Reigns were scrapped in late February and while the WWE began looking for a suitable name on Raw to trade AJ for, they never landed on one.
