SK's Take on why The Undertaker may never wrestle again

Is it t
Is it truly the end?

The Undertaker is truly a once in a lifetime performer. The Deadman has now been 'digging holes and taking souls' for 28 years.

It was last year at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando that The Undertaker lost to Roman Reigns in the main event. Following the decision, The Undertaker left his gloves, coat and hat in the center of the ring before slowly making his exit, walking over to his wife, former WWE star Michelle McCool, and kissing her, then walking up the ramp and performing his signature arm-raised pose as smoke surrounded him and he descended down into the ramp to the sound of his music.

This leaves us with the big question, is The Undertaker's wrestling career finally over?

This is what the majority of fans have thought ever since, that is up until just one month ago. The Undertaker made his first appearance on WWE TV since WrestleMania, on the 25 Anniversary special of Monday Night RAW.

The Deadman cut a very cryptic promo, possibly hinting that he may not be finished just yet. Taker has been rumoured to be facing John Cena at WrestleMania, on and off for years, and many think it may finally happen at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans.

To f
To finally happen?

So could this match happen? Possibly. But does it really need to?

The Undertaker seems to have gone out on his terms. He took in yet another defeat at WrestleMania, he went out in the main event, he put over the future face of the company in Roman Reigns and he broke character by kissing his wife and leaving his belongings in the ring, to which they remained until the following day when the ring was dismantled, last, out of a sign of respect from the crew to The Undertaker.

The Deadman also had one of his last match requests granted to, Taker has always wanted WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross to call his last match and good ol' J.R did just that in Orlando.

At this point, I don't think The Undertaker himself knows if he is retired or not. Taker has apparently been saying every year after each WrestleMania match he has had since WrestleMania 28 that he is done, but always gets loured back into having one more match with the promise of a huge $2 Million payoff for one night's work

I think The Undertaker wrestling again could go either way but when you weigh in how he wanted to end his career, he may just be retired.
