The Prizefighter will most probably address Alexa's connection with The Fiend on WWE SmackDown. Owens may accidentally say those trigger words (The Fiend) while alluding to The Fiend's control over Alexa Bliss.
As a result of that, Bliss will enter a trance-like state that viewers have witnessed on WWE TV in recent weeks. Bliss may lose her calm and try to dismantle anyone around her, and since this is advertised as a one-on-one segment, Kevin Owens may have to face the wrath of a demonic Alexa Bliss.
Owens isn't the sort of person who will hit a woman, but if Bliss goes after him in a fit of rage, The Prizefighter will most likely do anything he can to defend himself.
