What's the story?
Asuka was switched over to SmackDown Live last week as part of the Superstar Shakeup, but it is being reported that the Empress of Tomorrow has been spotted in St Louis ahead of tonight's episode of Raw.
In case you didn't know...
Asuka has been switching between rosters over the past few weeks since she was a Raw superstar who decided to challenge Charlotte for the SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania.
This ended when she was moved over to Raw last week as part of the Superstar Shakeup since she is now considered to be a SmackDown Superstar.
Asuka doesn't have any unfinished business on the Raw brand since her most recent feud was with Charlotte over on SmackDown Live, so it will be interesting to see why the former NXT Champion is travelling with the Raw roster.
The heart of the matter
PWInsider is reporting that Asuka has been spotted in St Louis ahead of tonight's taping of Monday Night Raw, even though tonight's show is the go-home episode before this week's Greatest Royal Rumble show, there are no women wrestling as part of the event, which means that there is only Backlash for the women to build up to.
The Riott Squad and Natalya were the only women moved over to Raw from SmackDown and Asuka didn't have any kind of interaction with these women as part of her feud with Charlotte either.
It could just be that Asuka is set to make her final appearance on Raw before she moves to SmackDown Live permanently.
What's next?
Raw will be broadcast live from the Scottrade Center in St Louis, Missouri and one key change will be that Booker T is back behind the commentary desk in place of Jonathan Coachman.

Asuka wasn't on Monday Night Raw for very long and it seems that she was never really the focus of the division, with Ronda Rousey's arrival easily overshadowing her ahead of WrestleMania.
It is unknown why she is in St Louis, but the WWE Universe only have to wait a few hours to find out.
