Tonight on WWE RAW, Rusev launched a brutal attack on Bobby Lashley, and was arrested as a result. SmackDown Superstar Ali took to Twitter soon after and hinted that he might be able to help Rusev.

It seems like the Lana-Lashley-Rusev storyline is here to stay, despite fans voicing their displeasure over it on social media for a while now. It all began when a returning Lashley aligned with Rusev's wife Lana on the season premiere episode of Monday Night RAW.
On tonight's RAW, Bobby Lashley faced off against Titus O'Neil. The match didn't reach its conclusion, as Rusev ran down to the ring and attacked Lashley. The beatdown continued for a while, before a bunch of police officers arrested Rusev and took him away.

Later, WWE posted a clip on its Twitter handle, showing several officers escorting Rusev out of the building. SmackDown Superstar Ali noticed the tweet. He responded to it and stated that he'll make some calls and see what he can do to help Rusev.
For the ones who aren't aware, this was an amusing reference to the fact that Ali used to work as a police officer in a Chicago suburb, while also pursuing a Pro-Wrestling career. Check out Ali's tweet below:
