Though the winner of the UK tournament failed to capture Pete Dunne's title, he established himself as the top heel of the upcoming NXT UK show. The reactions he got at Royal Albert Hall in London were nuclear.

It also helps that his matches with Travis Banks and Pete Dunne were excellent, and both should be in match of the year conversations.

Though he failed this time, it's only a matter of time until he puts the UK's gold around his waist once the division is up and running.
