Does Bayley even belong in WWE?

Of course, that question might seem absolutely ridiculous to ask, especially since she was a former NXT Champion and Raw Women's champion, but her accomplishments since then have been few and far between. Furthermore, she has been largely held back due to her character, which WWE refuses to turn heel.

Even worse, WWE has put Bayley in a horribly written storyline with Sasha Banks, which included a failed therapy session, a reunion that made no sense and a some of the most backwards payoffs in WWE history. If nothing else, WWE has dropped the ball with Bayley multiple times and they don't seem interested in picking it back up again.

With that being said, Bayley needs to leave the company and use her star power to make a career for herself in the indy scene. Otherwise, she is repeatedly going to be passed over in favour of superstars like Ronda Rousey, Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks, who all have much more believable characters at this point then Bayley does.
