Its pretty to safe to say that WWE is never going to buy into Rusev day as a legitimate gimmick and will continue to just keep it around to make merchandise money off of. Unfortunately for Rusev that most likely means that he will not get another opportunity at The WWE title and will continue to be midcard fodder

Of course, that's not always a bad thing and WWE does need those kinds of attractions in order to balance the card out, but not if they keep presenting Rusev as a joke gimmick! If nothing else, WWE should have built Rusev up as a vicious monster that is capable of anything, but has chosen to bog him down instead, which is despicable!

With that being said, Rusev has made his money over the past couple of years on the main roster and might just be better off leaving and doing something its. In fact, it's not like WWE is suddenly going to push him in a legitimate way again, which they have proven time and time again, so why not just screw it and find greener pastures?
