#8 The New Day
It's no secret that The New Day was a goofy gimmick, to begin with, and although the trio managed to get some mileage out of it over the years, the current faction only serves to hold each member of the team back now.
In fact, the three members of The New Day would probably be better off going their separate ways.
With that being said, WWE needs to nix The New Day, and while that might be hard given the popularity, the merchandise sales and the quirky promo work, nothing can last forever and WWE is better off breaking up the team.
Not only will it lead to opportunities for the Kingston, Langston, and Woods in the future, it also releases them from one of the most humiliating gimmicks in WWE history.
