WWE used him in some high profile matches against Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles, but seemed to do very little after that. In fact, Almas has been off of television for quite some time now and hasn't been on the pay per views either. If nothing else, that makes TLC a pivotal point in Almas's career and WWE needs to give him a quality win.

With WWE needing to give Almas some kind of momentum moving forward, the company should build up a feud between him and The Miz. Not only is it perfect due to the fact that The Miz is on a losing streak right now, which seems to be some kind of storyline, it also gives Almas a win over someone without hurting them too much.

Beyond all that, Almas is electrifying to watch in the ring and the crowd would love to see The Miz come up short in one on one action again. In the end, The Miz losing matches is becoming a running joke and WWE should be very careful with how far they take it, but they might as well give a deserving superstar some momentum in the processes.
