It was a night of returns.

Look who just shut down all of Tony Khan's critics! More HERE.

The Miz suddenly turned heel last night by attacking Kofi Kingston from behind. Maybe it was slapdash, but then we saw John Morrison backstage, hanging out in The Miz's locker room. It was the second big return on the night.

The Miz and John Morrison vs. The New Day is going to rule. It's a fresh feud and everyone over the age of 10 or so remembers the entertainment value that these two provided when they reigned as tag team champions. Mix that with the craziness of the New Day and you can take a guess where this will go.

Loser: Drew Gulak

It's too bad that the former cruiserweight champions seem to lose reflexively. Drew Gulak is a vastly superior talent to Otis, that's for sure, and he could be a great staple of the intercontinental title picture if he's allowed to be. Putting him beneath Otis who is involved in what should be a train wreck of an angle with Mandy Rose is questionable, at best.

The whole thing has Vince McMahon humor written all over it. I'm not looking forward to seeing where this angle goes.
