John Cena appearing on Raw despite competing at the next SmackDown pay-per-view felt very much like an emergency way to boost ratings. He continues to keep everyone guessing what his WrestleMania fate may be. Then, Goldust interrupted.

The fact that John Cena fought underneath for part of the match felt very incongruent. Goldust shouldn't be a threat to Cena at all. It was a waste of time.
