FINALLY! It seems as though there is clarity on the big question regarding The Rock and his Wrestlemania 32 status. The People’s Champion himself announced in December last year, via social media, that he would be at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington for the big day.
However, reports appear to confirm that The Rock won’t be WRESTLING in the biggest event of the WWE, according to DailyWrestlingNews. This comes in the light of the fact that an insurance company refused to cover him for a movie that he is shooting during that time, if he chose to wrestle at the grandest stage of them all.
This isn’t old news, having surfaced before The Rock made public the fact that he would be appearing at WrestleMania 32. But The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has confirmed this as being accurate, with the insurance company stance remaining the same.
They have also reported that the main event of WrestleMania 32 will be a lock-up between Triple H and Roman Reigns. Another possible instance of family coming to the big dog’s rescue?
