Top 10 Most Insane Spots at Hell in a Cell 2018

Hell in a Cell was a great show. Because it included 2 Hell in a Cell matches and several other matches such as The Shield vs Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre and AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe for the WWE Championship, there were several extreme spots that were hit throughout the show.

The likes of Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, & Jeff Hardy were involved in the most extreme spots of Hell in a Cell this year.

#10: Charlotte Flair's power

Charlotte Flair faced Becky Lynch in the second match of Hell in a Cell. Becky Lynch had viciously worked on the arm of Charlotte Flair throughout the matchup.

Becky Lynch then locked in a Cross Armbreaker on Charlotte Flair.

Charlotte Flair was then able to power out of it by hitting Becky with a Deadlift One Arm Sitout Powerbomb.

Charlotte was unable to put her away with that. Unfortunately for Charlotte, Becky would get the win and become Smackdown Women's Champion.

#9: Seth's reversal

Dolph Ziggler had hit Seth Rollins with a jumping DDT early into the Raw Tag Team Title match between The Show and The Shield. Dolph Ziggler went for another Jumping DDT but Seth Rollins was able to use immense power to counter it into a beautiful Falcon Arrow for a near fall.

#8: Everybody goes down

Seth Rollins went to hit Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre with a suicide dive during the Raw Tag Team Title match between The Show and The Shield. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre caught him. Before they could do anything to Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose hit a suicide dive and knocked all 3 men down along with himself. The Shield were ultimately defeated in this match up by The Show.

#7: Gourdbuster on the Ladder

Towards the beginning of Randy Orton vs Jeff Hardy Hell in a Cell match, Jeff Hardy set up a ladder outside of the ring. The ladder was placed upside down and Randy Orton took advantage of the placement. He hit Jeff Hardy with a gourdbuster right on the ladder early in the match to take control.

#6: Beautiful kick

During the SD Tag Team Title match on the kickoff show, Kofi Kingston went to do a dive to the outside. Rusev then caught him with a beautiful Roundhouse Kick. Rusev Day was ultimately unsuccessful in their attempt to win the SmackDown Tag Team Titles when New Day were able to get the win.

#5: Screwdriver to the ear

During the Hell in a Cell match between Jeff Hardy & Randy Orton, Randy Orton proved just how much of a malicious competitor he is. Randy Orton drove a screwdriver into Jeff Hardy's ear and then twirled it. Jeff Hardy was ultimately able to fight out of this to regain some momentum.

#4: Spear through table

Roman Reigns & Braun Strowman faced each iother in the main event of Hell in a Cell. Towards the end of the match (at least for Roman Reigns & Braun Strowman), Roman Reigns speared Braun Strowman through a table for a near fall.

#3: Swanton Bomb onto chair

Jeff Hardy seemed to come alive once again after the screwdriver incident. He hit Randy Orton with his Swanton Bomb finisher while there was a chair on the chest of Randy Orton. Jeff Hardy surprisingly was unable to get the win with that move.

#2: Dolph & Seth fall off of cell

The respective members of the Shield and the Show crashed the match between Roman Reigns & Braun Strowman after Roman Reigns speared Braun Strowman through a table. While Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman laid down for 10 minutes, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, & Drew McIntyre were involved in a brawl outside of the cell.

As Dolph & Seth were climbing down the cell (after all 4 men climbed on top of it), they each bounced each other's heads off of the cell. They then both fell off of the cell at the same time through 2 different announce tables. The match would ultimately end when Brock Lesnar attacked both men causing a no contest.

#1: Jeff misses big dive

After Jeff Hardy couldn't put Randy Orton away with a Swanton Bomb onto a chair, Jeff Hardy started to take even more desperate measures. He set up 2 ladders in the ring and then put Randy Orton on the table.

He then used the ladders to climb to the top of the cell and began to dangle off of the cell. When he went to hit a big splash, Randy Orton moved away so Jeff Hardy crashed through the table. Randy Orton then defeated Jeff Hardy as a result of that crash.
